Sharehouse Hidamari Otori & Hagoromo Kakinoki Terrace is located 11 minutes away on foot from Hagoromo Station on Nankai Electric Railway and 4 minutes by bicycle from JR Otori Station. People from Kansai area may not be familiar with Otori, but it’s 37 minutes by JR Hanwa Line and 30 minutes to Shinsaibashi Station. It’s actually a very good location: 15 minutes to Namba without transfer by Nankai Electric Railway. Also, it’s a convenient location for people who value transportation access since it takes 30 minutes to Kansai International Airport without transfer.
For daily life, it’s 7 minutes away to a wholesale market, and there is a supermarket called Daiei near the Otori Station. Moreover, it takes 8 minutes on foot to a FamilyMart, and there are a Seven-Eleven near the Otori Station and restaurants like Marugame Seimen, so you won’t be bothered by dietary life. A pharmacy is 7 minutes away on foot and Sakai Otorinishi Post Office is 5 minutes away. There is a dollar shop called Daiso, so you can get everything you need for daily life in the neighborhood.

The sharehouse itself is spacious because three buildings get together, creating relaxing atmosphere. When you enter the entrance of the sharehouse, the 9.4 square meter living/dining room is on the left, the washroom and toilet on the right, and the private rooms in Building A are next to it.
Since other private rooms are in the main house and other buildings from there, you feel less noisy because of the distance from the common space, in some of the buildings. If you move from the central areas of Tokyo or Osaka, you may feel like you are in the countryside at first. However, the spaciousness of the sharehouse will allow you to enjoy a relaxing life.
Q3. Recommended spots around the house
There is a shopping mall called Ario Otori, 7 minutes away by bicycle in Otori and Hagoromo. Many stores like Muji, Loft and Nitori, and restaurants like McDonald’s, Mister Donut, Starbucks and Kushiya Monogatari are in the mall. Moreover, Books Kinokuniya, GU and JINS are in the mall, so you can get everything you need in the mall. It is also nice to be able to access Namba without transfer by the Nankai Electric Railway. You can find everything you need for dining and shopping in Namba, so you don’t have to worry about where to go to have fun.
There are many parks, like Yahata Park and Otorinishimachi Sakura Sumire Park, near the sharehouse. Especially, you can enjoy various roses in Hamadera Park Bara Teien, a rose garden free through the year. It would be fun to visit with sharemates during the rose season.
