You can go shopping to a small shopping street around Higashi-Mikuni Station on Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. There are nice traditional restaurants lined up on the shopping street so you may feel some nostalgic and the warmth of the good-old days. You don’t have any problems for shopping since super markets and convenience stores are near the share house. An izakaya (Japanese pub) is on the 2nd floor so it might be good to stop by for a drink with your share mates.
