The nearest station is Eifuku-cho Station on Keio Inokashira Line. It takes 8 min to Shibuya Station and 10 min to Shinjuku Station. There is a green tract of land around Eifuku-cho so you don’t feel central Tokyo’s metropolitan atmosphere.
Q1. Appealing points of the locations and surroundings
There is a park where you can relax right next to the sharehouse. Parents and kids play around in the park on weekends and it’s very calm. There are a baseball field and soccer ground so you can easily go get some exercise. It’s an ideal place with a lot of green nature for laid-back people.
Q2. What are selling points of the sharehouse?
A spacious living room, kitchen, and spacious private room. It seems hard to keep your space to feel relaxed because there are so many people in central Tokyo. The sharehouse is designed to make you feel relaxed at least when you spend your time are at home. Every private room has its own character so we think it may attract some interesting people.
Q3. Recommended spots around the sharehouse
There is famous Omiya Hachiman Shrine, which is called “Tokyo’s Belly Button.” The shrine is a power spot that is believed to bring you the safety of the family, happy marriage and easy childbirth. We strongly recommend you to take a walk to the shrine.
Information around the area
Rapid train makes a stop at Eifuku-cho Station on Keio Inokashira Line. You can find supermarkets soon after you exit and shopping street stretches right after you cross the traffic light in front of you.
There is Omiya Hachiman Shrine that we mentioned in Q3 and Wadabori Park with a lot of green around the shire. You can go BBQ in summer and cherry-blossom viewing in spring.
