Share House Hidamari Koshigaya Laketown is located in a rural area in Soka-shi, Saitama. It has a relaxing environment where you can feel at ease since it’s in the suburb area. 2~3 min walk to Soka Park and it gets full of life because of cherry blossom in Spring and fireworks in Summer. Very suitable for a heathy life style because the park is an athletic park with tennis courts, ground golf, baseball fields, and walking courses. It takes 10 min by car to Koshigaya Laketown, the biggest shopping mall in Japan, so you can fully enjoy shopping without going out to the metropolitan area.

 

Share House Hidamari Koshigaya Laketown is cooler than other houses around it because there are a lot of trees and vines such as white Lady Bank’s rose and Jasminum polyanthum. These herbs swaying in the breeze through the year would cheer you up. The dining room on the 1st floor is used for a flower arrangement class and as a café space 4~5 times a month, and it becomes a space for communication not only with residents but also with neighbors. Each room is slightly different, but they are all cute and lovely. Those who want to live in a rural area in a city, we are waiting for you. We have an optional plan that includes breakfast and dinner at ¥25,000 per month (Only for people who can prepare a meal together with the owner).

Share House Hidamari Koshigaya Laketown is surrounded by a lot of nature so you can have a laid-back life. Soka Park near the house is a perfect park to take a walk and do some exercise. It’s only 10 min away by bicycle to the biggest shopping mall in Japan, Koshigaya Laketown. You can go hang out and enjoy shopping with other residents at the mall.

The owner is a teacher of flower arrangement class and beautiful flowers and fruits are lined up from the entrance of the house so that you can enjoy richness of nature. The living room is spacious (approx. 21㎡) so it’s easy for everyone to get together. Each room is large as well (from approx. 8.1o㎡ ≒ 87 sqf + storage space).

Q3. Recommended spots around the share house

Needless to say, we recommend Koshigaya Laketown, the biggest shopping mall in Japan. The mall has more than 700 tenants and is separated into 3 areas, “kaze,” “mori,” and “outlet.” You can use free wifi as much as you want and go to movie theatres and outlet malls. You never get tired even if you stay there all day long.
