Sharehouse Hidamari Serendipity Haneda is a very new and clean shared house which has been just fully renovated. With a total of 7 rooms, it makes it easier for you to communicate with other residents.
Anamori Inari Station, just a 5 minute walk away, is a very convenient station; only 4 minutes from Keikyu Kamata Station, 5 minutes from Haneda Airport Terminals 1 and 2, 15 minutes from Shinagawa Station, and 25 minutes from Yokohama Station.
Also, from the Bentenbashi bus stop, just a minute’s walk away, buses run every 5 to 10 minutes to Kamata Station in 20 minutes, Omori Station in 25 minutes, and Kawasaki Station in 25 minutes, making it very convenient for commuting and going out.
It is highly recommended for people who work at the airport and for “travel lovers” who can take a trip by plane, train, or bus whenever they feel like it.
Q1) Appealing points of location and surroundings
The entire shared house has been fully renovated, so you feel like it’s new. The living room is located in the center of the house, making it easy for sharemates to communicate with each other. In addition, there is no need to carry a key inside the house, as the western-style private rooms are with electronic locks so that you can keep your privacy. The common entrance is also equipped with an electronic lock and there is also an intercom with a monitor. From the viewpoint of security, this shared house is highly recommended for women as well. In addition, the building itself is a heavy steel-framed condominium with a solid structure, and the house is on the second floor, so you can feel safe and secure in case of emergency.
All rooms are provided with a bed, desk, chair, refrigerator, air conditioner, curtains, a chest of drawers for storing clothes, hanger racks, etc. The common area is fully furnished with all the necessary furniture and appliances, such as microwave, rice cooker, dishes, etc., so even if you move in with just a travel bag, you can start living right away. Some rooms also have a large storage space for those who have a lot of stuff.
Q2) What are selling points of the house?
There’s a 7-Eleven and Family Mart within a minute’s walk of the shared house, and a supermarket on the way back from the station just a 3 minute walk away, so shopping is very convenient. Also, the house is surrounded by residential areas and is off the flight path, and that makes you enjoy a quiet environment even though you’re right next to the Haneda Airport. On the ground floor of the building, there’s also a stylish cafe-style laundromat that’s open 24 hours a day, so you can do powerful laundry as necessary. Nitori is also relatively close by, so you can get all your daily necessities right away.
The Keikyu Line runs directly to the Toei Asakusa Line (for Mita, Shinbashi, Nihonbashi, Asakusa, Oshiage), the Keisei Line (for Narita Airport), the Hokuso Line (for Inba Nippon Medical University), and the Shibayama Railway Line (for Shibayama Chiyoda), making it convenient to go to the city center.
Q3) Recommended spots around the house
The observation deck on the roof of Haneda Airport Terminal 1 is the best place to watch the planes arrive and depart. The Anamori Inari Shrine (the fox shrine) is also recommended as it is a very peaceful place with a lot to see. From the Otorii Gate of the former Anamori Inari Shrine, you can also see the Tamagawa River, Haneda Airport, and Tokyo Bay. If you make a reservation in advance, you can also visit the airport’s airplane maintenance yard and the Haneda Chronogate, the logistics facility of the Yamato Group.
HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, a 10-minute walk away, is a large complex of retail and office space that combines traditional culture and modern art with the latest technology from the city’s industrial base. It offers shopping, dining, Japanese culture experiences and live events, as well as research and development facilities, an advanced medical research center and convention facilities. For example, Toyota’s e-Palette, the vehicle that was used to transport athletes during the Tokyo Olympics, is being tested for electrification, connectivity, and automated driving. If you are lucky, you may have a chance to get on the bus!
