Sharehouse Hidamari Yamate Ishikawacho is located an 8 minute walk from Yamate Station on JR Negishi Line. Ishikawacho is also only a 13-minute walk away.

 

Surrounded by landmarks such as Yokohama Chinatown and Minatomirai, you can access both stations by only a 20-minute train ride. Yokohama Station is also only 9 minutes away, making it a very convenient location.

 

The sharehouse itself is located in a quiet residential area. Most of the neighborhood is made up of single-family homes and there aren’t too many cars passing by.

 

The sharehouse accepts only 6 residents, so it’s easy to get to know each other even if you’re new to the sharehouse. Either you go out on holidays or just relax at the sharehouse, you’re sure to have a great time here.

Yokohama Yamate is a sharehouse located in a residential area just an 8-minute walk from Yamate Station on JR Negishi Line. The location is in an area with many educational institutions such as elementary schools, junior high schools, and vocational schools, and it’s basically a quiet environment.

The surrounding area has everything you need for daily life. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the supermarket and there are also many convenience stores such as Seven Eleven and Lawson within 6-7 minutes walking distance. Also post offices and banks are available nearby, so you won’t have to worry about anything.

On top of that, Sakuragicho Station is only 6 minutes away by train. Motomachi-Chukagai Station is only 20 minutes away. You can reach Yokohama Station in 9 minutes without changing trains, and Minatomirai in around 20 minutes.
There are so many places to go out with other residents on your day offs!

With a maximum of six people, it’s easy to make friends even if you are a bit shy.

Q3. Recommended spots around the house

Kashiwaba Park is just close to the sharehouse and it has a relaxing environment with lots of vegetation, and facilities for children such as a log cabin are also available.

If you go to the south, you can get to Negishi Bay. Although it is a little far, it is a popular spot for those who love fishing. It would be a great idea to take a walk around the area and enjoy fishing on your day off.

If you take the train to Chinatown, you can also enjoy urban spots such as Yokohama Marine Tower.
This is the perfect sharehouse for both nature and city lovers.
